When FCC contacted Soffid, they already had an identity management service with Oracle, Oracle Internet Directory and Oracle Identity manager.
We start by changing the OID to the Soffid LDAP. Soffid LDAP is an LDAP but with a series of particular Soffid addons that improve security when providing passwords. The next step is to change all the provisioning cycles.
The problem we encountered was the great movement in the helpdesk part when organizing the customer registration and cancellation campaigns. The single user sign-up process could take up to two weeks. We also export it to “Field Services”.
