When FCC contacted Soffid, they already had an identity management service with Oracle, Oracle Internet Directory and Oracle Identity manager.

We start by changing the OID to the Soffid LDAP. Soffid LDAP is an LDAP but with a series of particular Soffid addons that improve security when providing passwords. The next step is to change all the provisioning cycles.

The problem we encountered was the great movement in the helpdesk part when organizing the customer registration and cancellation campaigns. The single user sign-up process could take up to two weeks. We also export it to “Field Services”.

The challenge Nacion Servicios posed us was to increase the operational and security level at the company.

The user registration, cancellation and modification processes have been optimized for all its platforms as well as to have a central point in which manage the different resources.

It takes usually a long time to have a new user profile in different databases, because they had hundreds of application and databases. With Soffid it has been considerably reduced by having our software as a central repository. In this way, the identity is created only once, and Soffid replicate it in the different databases or systems.

The objective  of this projetc was to increase the operational and security level.

Arxus is a telecommunications operator that provides services to its clients with several platforms that are not connected to each other: ServiceNow, Billing tools …

When this customer contacted Soffid, they were looking for a Single Sign On solution and they were interested on having an unified management.

So that, we implemented our software to solve the automatical registration of each new client in all the applications of the Company.

The objective of this project was to créate a specific new module to log in from their own portal. In such way the Company could use Soffid APIs during the whole logging process: user registration, identification, password change, also integrated with OTP (sms and OTP Software).
