Thanks to Soffid, they have improve the registration process as well as to implement a new system to grant the correct permissions automatically through our Identity Management system connected to the Diputación’s own human resources system.

This customer was looking for an Single Sign On solution for their business.
They have a total of four SAP’s in three different environments (QA, DEV and Production) so the password management was very difficult.
They asked us to improve the user experience. So that Soffid implement the correct solution to change the password in all SAP instances automatically once it had been change in the active Directory; and thus it is always synchronized.
They have currently approved the acquisition of the Privileged Accounts Management module too.
