Thanks to Soffid, they have improve the registration process as well as to implement a new system to grant the correct permissions automatically through our Identity Management system connected to the Diputación’s own human resources system.
This allows the organization to manage user registrations and cancellations. Anyway, the real challenge to Soffid, in this case, has been the creation of workflows so that all your clients can self-manage their own accounts. It allows the creation of shared folders and the possibility to access to them, to create the corresponding roles and the ACLs as well as it automatically sends an email to the head of the service.Improving the service in terms of improving access to applications and response time are been the great benefits of Soffid. Implementing the Single Sign On solution based on SAML has been the challenge to be faced by Soffid in this project.
